In case you have received a wrong product or a damaged product, do send us photos of the same with the description of the issue to thedessertsymphony@gmail.com. Our team will check the claim and if the product(s) is (are) approved for a refund:
- The refund will be processed back to the original bank account where the purchase was made.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
